This exciting new role is quite unique in the market as it will allow you to use your previous Graduate Recruitment (and/or Development experience) to gain exposure to many different areas of HR, including Learning & Development, Reward and Recruitment working in the UK and also internationally. If you are interested in working alongside HR and taking on a client facing role working on some exciting HR projects - then this may be perfect for you. You will have full involvement with a number of strategic HR initiatives and take a lead role as well as act as part of the HR team. Some of the projects you will have involvement with include, working with HR to design an on-boarding process as well as working with the smaller international offices which have no HR presence. The team describe themselves as great fun and you would be working with the Head of HR as well as other HR leaders and take responsibility for managing and mentoring an Assistant. They mentioned that they are looking for someone who is confident and able to liaise at all levels up to Senior Partner. The key to this role is being credible and they hope to find someone with strong people skills and who is comfortable speaking with Partners but who is also good fun.
