Graduate Recruiters ! Fareham, near Portsmouth Blueprint Recruitment is looking for graduates to work as Graduate Recruiters at our offices on the Cams Hall Estate business park in Fareham near Portsmouth. If you have recently finished at university and are looking for a Recruitment Consultant role or a Recruitment Resourcer position, a graduate position with us could be an excellent career choice for you. Ideally you will have had some telephone or customer service experience, but this is not essential. You will need a positive personality and a competitive nature and you should also have the desire to increase your salary through uncapped commission and performance-related bonusses. Good listening skills will also be needed as the role involves telephone interviewing candidates.
