Fixed Term Contract Graduate Legal Recruitment Administrator Your new company A well-known legal firm based in the heart of London Your new role Assisting with events: arranging travel / hotel bookings, liaising with attendees, attending events when necessary Managing expenses Assisting with assessment days: bookings, sending correspondence to interviewers/ candidates, collating feedback When open days occur, you will be managing the catering, arranging volunteers, meeting and greeting attendees Assisting the graduate team via administrative duties Monitoring the inbox and sorting and deleting emails when necessary What you'll need to succeed You will need to be someone who is looking to progress, be willing to learn and enthusiastic. This team are dedicated to their work and want someone to join them who is able to hit the ground running.
