Graduate Recruitment and Events Consultant – Leeds City Centre Did you love your time at university? Are you excited by the prospect of organising and running your own events to assist one of the biggest graduate employers in finding their next generation of talent? This is a job where energy and enthusiasm is far more important than experience and therefore the perfect job for someone just leaving university or early on in their career. Role: You will be working within a motivated and sociable University Partnerships and Recruitment Team, and be responsible for growing FDM’s relationships with key personnel. The purpose is to broaden our university relationships to attract more graduates to the FDM programme. This job is about making a difference to students’ lives by helping them find their ideal career. As someone who enjoys meeting and talking to new people, you’ll get the opportunity to use and develop your social media skills as we use Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and Snapchat on a daily basis. There are lots of opportunities to progress and develop within FDM for those who work hard and show their leadership potential. This could mean a career in another part of the business from marketing to HR or Sales or out on site with one of our clients. Duties & Responsibilities: • Identify opportunities for events and arrange them with the relevant university partners • Meet students on campus at career fairs and workshops to help promote the Graduate Programme • Work with applicants throughout the recruitment process from our modern Leeds office on the banks of the River Aire Essential Criteria: • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Excellent time management and administration abilities • Able to work under pressure • IT literate • Friendly and sociable • Self-motivated and able to work on own initiative, but also a team player! • Educated to Degree level (or relevant related experience) If this sounds like something for you, apply by sending your CV We look forward to hearing from you!
