Join their business as a graduate and work with clients such as Nintendo, Apple and Microsoft – you will enjoy startling career growth! Your first three months will consist of tailored, bespoke training, during which you will shadow senior consultants to familiarise yourself with the industry. As you grow in confidence you will take more and more responsibility. The successful graduate will undertake strategic lead generation and client outreach to acquire new business. On the candidate side of things, you will headhunt individuals, staying in contact and ensuring that they`re settling in post-placement.   The Role: - Initially shadow senior consultants through all aspects of the recruitment process - Strategically identify and contact prospective clients - Attend meetings with existing and prospective clients in order to develop rapport and drive revenue - Manage client/candidate relationships after placement   After 3 months – run your own desk and manage your own schedule.
