This position may suit someone wishing to pursue a career in recruitment or already a Recruitment Consultant who is ready for their next challenge to be part of this growing team and exciting phase of our business expansion.  The Role: - This role is focussed on search and select of senior sales and commercial business professionals.  Your role will be responsible for the identification, headhunting and assessment of senior individuals for our retained contracts. - Establish, nurture and close business with existing client relationships (internally and with external clients) through successful delivery of best matched candidates and strong account management. The role involves working closely with individuals internally and externally to maximise search opportunities - Working to and achieve or exceed set targets. - Networking with both candidates and clients, in face to face meetings and through social media interaction to generate further new business opportunities   The key skills and background for the Graduate Recruitment Consultant includes: - Excellent communications skills – both written and verbal - Consultative approach to business - A background in a client facing position within recruitment or other professional services would be ideal, but is not essential - The gravitas to be able to work at ‘C` Level - Excellent networking skills - A proven track record of achieving set goals - Previous experience of meeting targets and adapting practice to improve results   We are looking for high energy individuals with a ‘can do` attitude who thrive in a fast paced and exciting work environment.  We can offer structured career progression within the business for those who have the desire and ambition to succeed.
