This award-winning business has experienced double digit growth since 2010. To help expand further, they are recruiting 5 Trainee Recruitment Consultants to work within their life sciences and renewable energy divisions. On day one you will enter an 8-week trainee sales academy that will provide you with an outstanding foundation to the business and continual mentoring will be provided into your first 12 months. Sector: Recruitment Solutions - life sciences/ renewable energy Role: As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you will be based from Head Office focusing on recruiting contract professionals within the life sciences and renewable energy markets. Working alongside more experienced Consultants and Account Managers you will perform a key part of the delivery service helping with the fulfilment of client roles. Your key aim will be to identify, match and screen candidates for specific client requirements and manage through interview and offer stage. On a daily basis, you will talk to professionals about job opportunities so you will need to be consultative in nature with the ability to establish rapport, credibility and trust.
