You will join the team working on an existing desk with warm clients and shared accounts but will have the opportunity to really make an impact through business development and take the desk to new heights winning new clients to add to the desk portfolio. You will recruit for permanent positions within the sales and customer service arena with salaries ranging from £16,000 to £30,000. You will make up the 4th member of the team which is a highly successful division within the business overall. As a new consultant to the business with or without experience you will receive full training and support along with regular reviews, appraisals and coaching wherever needed. The role will involve all aspects of a recruitment consultant role including the following: • Candidate attraction and pre screening • Face to face interviewing along with telephone, SKYPE, Facetime, etc. • Business development & Client Meetings/Presentations • Account Management • Recruitment Administration – organising and preparing candidates for interview, obtaining feedback and managing the offer process, recruitment campaign management and keeping in contact with clients, setting and managing candidate & client expectations.
