Development Academy Our Development Academy is unrivalled in the recruitment industry, and delivered by Top G2V Billers who have worked their way up from Trainees to Senior Management. We also have a designated Learning and Development Manager with 2 decades of recruitment experience who will be working closely with you from day one. Training and development is fundamentally what G2V is built upon, so will continue throughout your career however the Development Academy comprises of: • Boardroom lectures • On the phone coaching • One on one mentoring • Research projects • Seminar presentations • Marketing training • Full sales training Key Responsibilities… From day one you will be conducting the day-to-day duties of a Recruitment Consultant which will be integrated into the Development Academy. You will be fully responsible for your own time management and new business generation however the following responsibilities will fall under your job title: • Market research to identify skill short areas • Cold calling potential new clients • Sourcing and chasing leads • Identifying the top 10-20% of the candidate market • Taking job specifications over the phone • Arranging interviews • Negotiating fees and contracts • Aftercare of clients and candidates • Be prepared to spend up to 80-90% of your day on the phone • The hours are long; a typical consultant could work up to 55+ hours a week. Average first year earnings with G2V are £35 to 50k, although our record is £80k.
