Graduate Recruitment Consultant (This advert was written by a Grad for a Grad!) Bristol Salary £17,000 – £20,000 Basic + Commission (I earned an OTE in first year of £39,000) + Up to £1,000 Pay Rise Every 3 Months + Training + Progression An advert with a twist – written by a Grad in their first year of recruitment. Recruitment is an extremely lucrative industry and allows you to surpass all salary expectations – however this comes with a catch. As a new consultant you will be tasked with making 100+ cold calls per day, deal with demanding clients and candidates alike. If you have the patience, determination and drive to overcome these hurdles then you will be successful. Recruitment is an extremely demanding industry, a realistic expectation is working 50+ hours a week and giving 100% effort every day, no such thing as an ‘easy day.’ Luton Bennett offers a unique opportunity in that its members genuinely want you to succeed and surpass your own expectations.
