Graduate Recruitment Consultant Bristol City Centre £18,000 -£22,000 + OTE + Gym + Healthcare So, you might be thinking about going into recruitment? And if you’re not- why not? You have probably left school or university and found yourself unsure which direction you want to take? All you know is that you want to make money in a city centre role and make the most of your outgoing personality and skills? There are lots of recruitment consultancies out there, especially in Bristol. It’s undoubtedly going to be hard to choose the right one for you. This includes everyone from the office manager to the senior leadership team - they have all done it! You can therefore guarantee that they will be able to support you in hitting your weekly telephone interview targets, generation of referrals, number of CV’s out and interview targets. Recruiting for the food industry like we do, you will be searching and supporting managerial staff as they build on their own career in companies which make pretty much anything you see on the supermarket shelf. From niche and quirky companies creating healthy snacks to well-known, household brands we all know and love- you will know the industry inside out. To find these candidate you will be given full training and resources, tips for interviewing, learn about the psychology of candidates, develop your advert writing abilities and also, last but not least, work on your own personal development.
