Who are we looking for? We are looking for sales driven and ambitious individuals to join us as Trainee Recruitment Consultants, and develop their recruitment career and expertise with us. A recruitment background is not essential, we are happy to train people coming from any different sector as long as you share our view on how great recruitment should work. Those with a sales background will have a distinct advantage. We want to see a strong work ethic, a passion for recruitment and the skills to both develop client relationships and provide a stellar candidate experience. What will you do? You will have a specific IT market to focus on, becoming an expert in your field and making it easier to build up a network of connections. It is a fast paced, high performing environment, with a supportive and cohesive team structure and great relationships across our entire business. You will be given the training and ongoing guidance that you need, with a scope to develop your specialist IT recruitment desk in your own way. There is an emphasis on business development in this role, but it is approached with strategic market intelligence, as opposed to smashing the phones for the sake of hitting targets! For us it is about building partnerships with clients and candidates, with a focus on the wider and longer-term picture rather than the immediate sale. You will also identify, approach and source potential candidates through a variety of attraction methods, as part of the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle. What should you expect?
