As a Graduate Consultant, you will: ·Engage with candidates at all levels ·Research and develop new business ·Source and select candidates ·Identify skills to match appropriately with vacancies ·Negotiate contracts and new starter packs ·Deal with general queries relating to contracts, pay, logistics etc The Package: We are looking for the best and in return for your hard work we feel we offer the best. You will enjoy the supportive and exciting environment of an ambitious and fast growing employer along with genuinely top level basic salary and an uncapped commission structure. We offer an excellent salary with a flat 25% commission on any temporary placements as well as 20% for any permanent placements made. Remuneration: Graduate Consultant Salary - £18000 - 20,000 per annum + uncapped commission. The below are realistic OTE’s for your first 3 years. Many have exceeded these financials.
