Graduate Recruitment Consultant An exciting opportunity for a new graduate, based in Fareham, near Southampton If you are a recent graduate or are graduating this year and would like to work as a Graduate Recruitment Consultant in an office with other graduates, a graduate position with Blueprint Recruitment could be a great career choice for you. The role As a result of continued demand from our clients, we need to take on several new Graduate Recruitment Consultants this year. You will be trained in Recruitment Consultant processes and the work centres upon building relationships with customers on the telephone. You will be dealing with clients vacancy requirements, as well as arranging both interviews and starts for a wide variety of vacancies. About you You will ideally be graduating this year (from any university degree course). You will have an engaging personality and will be looking for a rewarding job that provides excellent opportunities for career progression. You will be ambitious, passionate and driven. You will have a strong ability to communicate on the telephone and an enthusiastic and competitive character, together with the determination to maximise your earnings.
