Graduate Recruitment Consultant Location: London Salary: £25k basic salary (up to £35k OTE) REF: J3600:LON:JR:3 Sector: Tech recruitment Our client are a boutique recruitment consultancy, highly specialised, and focused on placing senior executives across Europe, Africa and the Middle East into contract and permanent positions across IT, business transformation and change. Using their comprehensive industry knowledge and connections they work to deliver staffing solutions for a host of clients across a multitude of sectors. They’re looking to bring on board Graduate Recruitment Consultants to join their existing team. Responsibilities: - Building and maintaining a database of new clients, and nurturing your relationships with existing accounts - Developing your database and network of potential candidates - Sourcing and recording details of vacancies - Checking references and details of clients prior to placing them into roles - Keeping on top of industry trends and developments to better understand the market - Liaising with candidates and clients to arrange interviews, and give feedback This is a great opportunity for exposure to a lucrative and dynamic area of recruitment with the backing of industry experts.
