Role: Graduate Recruitment Consultant Location: North London Salary: • Year 1 OTE £28k-£40k • Year 2 OTE £50k+ • Year 3 OTE £80k+ Have you recently graduated from a Top 40 University with a 2:1? As a Graduate Recruitment Consultant, you will be given a bespoke training plan to enable you to become an excellent recruiter. This opportunity is for ambitious graduates as you will be given immediate responsibility. The day and a life of a recruiter is varied and extremely varied; a Graduate Recruitment Consultant can expect to carry out the following: Managing the entire recruitment life cycle (taking a job brief, sourcing candidates, managing the interview cycle and offer process) Sourcing candidates for your own clients (head hunting over the phone, emails and LinkedIn) Developing new business with new and existing clients Working towards monthly, quarterly and yearly sales targets Why work for our us?
