Graduate Recruitment Consultant Pertemps Exeter are currently recruiting a Graduate Recruitment Consultant to join our team based in Exeter The successful Recruitment Consultant will be responsible for: * Managing and building relationships with our large, active client base and their key contacts. * Ensuring that all vacancies and bookings are filled in a timely and effective manner. * Recruiting, interviewing and placing temporary candidates. * Regularly visiting clients to win new business and build relationships The Recruitment Consultant will have: * Experience within a Recruitment or Sales role. * A full driving licence * An ability to generate new business. * Experience of the industrial or driving sector is desirable, however similar sectors will be considered. * Excellent communication and negotiation skills. * Strong IT skills (Excel, Word, Outlook).
