They’re looking for bright graduate talent in their effort to expand their presence and rapid growth even further. Once you progress into the role fully, on the candidate side you will perform telephone interviews, screening candidates for their suitability. Managing interview processes, qualifying CVs and attending client visits with consultants will all fall within your remit. On the client side – you will shadow senior consultants, helping to impact sales and close business with clients. Progression into a consultant role will be within your grasp after a year!
