The Role: Graduate Recruitment Consultant Salary: Base: £23000, OTE: £40000 Location: London Start Date: ASAP What they do: Established in 2015 they managed to become market leaders in their specific niche of recruitment. They work specifically with high calibre professionals based in network engineering and security based roles to help match them to their massive portfolio of clients. The two owners have over 30 years’ experience in global recruitment so this is a great opportunity to learn the trade from professionals! Benefits of the Graduate Recruitment Consultant role: * Competitive base salary of £23,000 which will rise with every promotion target you hit. Previous graduates have been promoted multiple times in their first year! * Uncapped commission scheme so massive earning potential for those who have the right drive! * If you hit your performance targets you are guaranteed to take home £40000 in your first year * Monthly and annual performance incentives available, all you need to do is hit the targets * Twice a year you will be taken on a weekend away with the team. Previously they have been to Berlin, Paris, Budapest and Amsterdam * Clear and target based progression scheme. This means the faster you hit your targets the faster you will progress, hence opportunity for multiple promotions in your first year * Top floor central London offices with onsite bar, gym and barbers What you will be doing: As a graduate recruitment consultant you will be starting on the candidate side of the recruiting, sourcing high calibre candidates through various platforms such as LinkedIn, job boards and job adverts. The aim of this is to match them to roles in their massive portfolio of clients. After your first promotion you will be doing the full recruitment cycle, not only sourcing candidates but also developing new business by researching and contacting new potential clients, with the aim to take them on as an account, hence growing out your own portfolio of clients. Of course for every placement you make you will see a percentage of the fee in the form of commission, the more placements you make the more money you will take home! What you need: * A degree from any discipline * Due to being heavily incentivised a strong work ethic and drive for success is essential * A drive for progression and money * Previous experience in the industry is not needed!
