Graduate Recruitment Consultant - full training provided Career positions for new graduates - based in Fareham, near Winchester About Blueprint Blueprint Recruitment is looking for new graduates to train as Graduate Recruitment Consultants at our offices in Fareham near Winchester, Eastleigh and Southampton. We are a successful professional recruitment consultancy based on the Cams Hall Estate at Fareham, with a friendly, fast-paced working environment and a vibrant culture that includes lots of social events and many bonuses and rewards for both individual and team performances. The position We are looking to recruit sales-focussed and enthusiastic Graduates for trainee Recruitment Consultant roles. You don't need to have a degree in any specific subject as we provide full recruitment training. The work is office-based and involves using the telephone to build relationships with clients and candidates. You will be dealing with clients' vacancies, matching high quality candidates to those vacancies and arranging interviews and starts for professional business people. About you Ideally you will be a recent graduate or graduating from university this year. You will need to have an excellent telephone manner and really good communication skills. You will also need to be confident, competitive and determined to succeed in business. You will be ambitious and looking for a job that gives you the opportunity to quickly progress your career.
