Graduate Recruitment Consultant – Basic £20,000 (On Target Earnings of £30,000 -£40,000) We have 4 career opportunities to join a Global IT Recruitment company based in their UK office (Piccadilly, London), with 3 additional locations, including their Headquarters in the United States. You’ll be working the US market and receive full industry training and continual support, career progression and be rewarded for your efforts, through an excellent salary, environment and incentives (They’ve just returned from a quarterly trip to Barcelona). The team are passionate about what they do, offering a fair service within this growing, lucrative industry. The Role • You will be focused on becoming an expert within your niche, building relationships with both clients and candidates, securing business and seeking the best candidates for your roles. • You must have a passion to offer great service, with the desire to earn money whilst having a long-term vision for success. • Recruitment is a sales environment, so there will be KPI’S/targets in place, to ensure you’re motivated and challenged, you must have the desire and capability to achieve. Training It can take time to become a successful consultant, you and the other Trainee’s, will receive full industry training when you start (4-5 weeks). This will be classroom based, alongside mentoring on the job. It requires you have the confidence to submerge yourself within your new career, including making mistakes and learning from them. To be successful within the training period and beyond, desirable traits include: • Have a great work ethic/positive outlook • Driven/tenacious • High level of verbal and written communication • Self-motivated/resilient • Competitive/up for a challenge • Be willing to put in the hard work to gain rewards • Great customer service skills Additional • Incentives – These will be in place to reward you for your efforts, for example monthly lunch clubs for top performers and quarterly trips abroad, Inc. Skiing trips and city breaks. • Salary – You’ll begin on a competitive basic salary and will have a great commission structure in place, you could be earning up to £40,000 within your first year and there’s not many entry-level positions which offer this.
