Graduates Wanted: Graduate Recruitment Consultant London £20-25k base plus uncapped OTE A graduate recruitment consultant is the perfect position for a recent graduate who is looking for a challenging and rewarding career in sales/recruitment. To be successful in this role, you must be hard-working and driven to succeed. It is more about your mind-set and attitude to life than your past experiences. So what would you do: * Sourcing candidates through online platforms, such as LinkedIn or CV databases, or from the company database. * Cold-calling potential candidates at their desk to recruit them for a specific job. * Contacting potential clients to initiate new relationships. * Arranging to meet your clients and candidates at their offices and throughout the City. * Managing candidates throughout the interview and hiring process, as well as being a mediator in negotiations once a candidate has been offered. Recruitment is one of the most progressive and rewarding careers out there and a perfect way for any graduate to start their career. So what would you get: * A starting salary of £20-25k and uncapped OTE.
