You will join our client as a Graduate Recruitment Consultant, but your role includes new business and account management duties. A true 360 sales role, you will initially be tasked with dealing with the candidate side before progressing to the client side. Your success is in your own hands – you will identify, manage and develop your own accounts. This is a fast paced role that will require you to be confident and dynamic, identifying opportunities rapidly.
