Immediate Start – Guildford based The Role: Conspicuous are currently looking for Graduate Recruitment Consultants to join our team for 2019. We are looking for professional, motivated individuals, who have willingness to work hard and see the rewards. As a Graduate Recruitment Consultant at Conspicuous you can be expected to talk to everyone from office juniors to the MDs of multinational companies on a daily basis. The role will involve; candidate generation, account management, setting appointments, new business generation and closing deals. Full training will be provided for each step of the recruitment cycle. Giving you the confidence and skills you need; whether this is your first role in recruitment or you’ve joined us with previous experience.
