The UK’s leading privately-owned specialist recruitment group are currently seeking graduates to join us with start dates ranging from January to September 2017. Expanding impressively since we first established as a single recruitment business in 2004, we now have 6 individual, highly successful companies based across 4 office locations within the South West & London. As a 100% organic business, we believe in only hiring graduates at trainee level. With ongoing training, development and 1-to-1 mentoring with a senior consultant, you have the opportunity to be leading a team in as little as 18 months and become an Associate Director in just 5 and a half years. Your role will involve many aspects ranging from developing to maintaining client and candidate relationships, negotiating fees and arranging interviews. You can’t be afraid to pick up the phone in order to begin a relationship with a client and you must feel comfortable pitching to and advising senior staff members. From Day One, you will be assigned your own market and geographical location – essentially your own business within the business – and you will be responsible for your own clients, activity and as a result, in control of your own earnings. You will usually begin with a small portfolio of clients and add to this as you expand your network. What we are looking for in our graduates: • An engaging and charismatic personality with a natural ability to build relationships. • Drive, ambition and motivation to be successful. • A competitive spirit – graduates who have excelled in sport often make excellent consultants. • Confident and well-presented. • Obtained a degree in any subject area within the past 5 years. • Minimum 1 years+ work experience (alongside studies is fine!)
