We are looking for someone to come on board and focus on our candidate relationships only. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who does not want to do any cold calling or new business and only wants to do the candidate side of recruitment or someone who is new to recruitment and wants to start a new career in recruitment with this focus, and the long term goal of progressing to a 360 Recruitment Consultant or Account Manager after a 6-9 month period. Due to the focus of this industry we are looking for someone who is consultative in their approach, a relationship builder and someone who will be comfortable dealing with Director level points of contact across leading Business Services Clients. You will have the opportunity after 6 months resourcing to transition into either a 360 Recruitment Consultant or Account Manager role, managing some of the key client relationships in our business. You will need to show the correct competencies that a Graduate Recruitment Executive should have however you do not need sales experience to become a recruitment consultant!
