Job Description

I am working exclusively with a world class business based in the City who are looking for a Senior Graduate Recruitment Manager for a brand new and highly confidential role. They would like to find someone who will enjoy managing a small, but experienced and award winning graduate recruitment team. You will be required to use your in depth knowledge of recruitment and marketing to assist with a brand new global project which is underway to define their new employer brand. Other projects will include a full review of all selection methodologies, marketing, employer branding and the appraisal process. To be considered for this role, you will need to be an experienced Graduate Recruitment Manager who can demonstrate an understanding of the current Graduate landscape. You will have team management experience and be passionate about coaching and developing. The offices are simply stunning and based close to Bank/Cannon Street.
