Job Description

Our client, the United Kingdom's leading sports University is looking for a Graduate Recruitment Manager to join their team on a permanent basis. You will be developing relationships with key contacts in colleges, schools and academies with the aim of educating and engaging students both on and off campus and increasing the number of student recruitment. Responsibilities: * Developing strong and productive relationships with key contacts in all sixth form, FE colleges and academies in the specified region * Managing and delivering student focused engagement and recruitment activities on and off campus * Increasing the number of feeder institutions through pro-active networking and encouraging membership of Schools and Colleges Partnership programmes * Delivering presentations to a wide range of audiences including young people on the benefits of University * Assisting with the organisation and delivery of a variety of academic and student open events including education forums and conferences * Working with academic staff to provide a range of recruitment activities for partner schools and colleges * Producing statistical reports and competitor analysis * Assisting with the preparation and production of an annual calendar of events, student recruitment reports and statistics * Attending undergraduate Higher Education and Careers conferences and other similar events across the United Kingdom where required * Assisting with clearing, enrolment, graduation and other high profile events across the institution * Formulating recommendations for a wide strategy for the recruitment and admission of undergraduate and postgraduate home, EU and overseas students * Ensuring that student recruitment and outreach activities are consistent with strategic plans and external stakeholder requirements * Working collaboratively with all major internal post holders to ensure that there are coherent activities and messages regarding the many diverse elements that affect student recruitment * Ensuring that relevant and appropriate advice and guidance is provided to academic departments to support local student recruitment initiatives * Keeping up-to-date with changes in the social, economic, political and global environment which may affect student recruitment * Identifying opportunities or challenges and develop effective strategies * Complying with relevant policies and regulations * Developing personal professional capability and expertise through development and professional activities If you feel that you fit the above criteria then please apply today by submitting your CV to us.
