Job Description

Graduate Recruitment Resourcer Based in Fareham, Portsmouth We are looking for a new graduate for a position as a Trainee Graduate Recruitment Resourcer, where the role will primarly involve telephone work with candidates, matching them to our clients' vacancies and arranging interviews and job offers. You will ideally have a university degree (in any subject) as well as an engaging and enthusiastic personality, with plenty of determination and an excellent telephone manner. The role Blueprint Recruitment is based at our head office on the waterside Cams Hall Estate business park in Fareham near Portsmouth. As a Graduate Recruitment Resourcer you will bebuilding relationships with candidates and working closely with a friendly team of Recruitment Consultants and other graduates. No previous experience is required as we provide comprehensive recruitment training together with full mentoring and support for graduates.
