Graduate Recruitment Resourcer A vacancy for a new graduate job based in Fareham, near Portsmouth, Hampshire We are looking for a Graduate to train as a Recruitment Resourcer, where the emphasis is on telephone interviewing candidates applying for vacancies. You will need to be graduating from university this year although this can be from any degree subject course. You should also have an excellent telephone manner and an enthusiastic and positive personality. The role Blueprint Recruitment Solutions is based on the Cams Hall business park in Fareham near Portsmouth. As a Graduate Recruitment Resourcer you will be matching candidates to jobs, providing outstanding customer service and building long term business relationships with job seekers. No previous experience is required as we provide comprehensive training, including full mentoring and ongoing support.
