Vision for Education Leeds and Bradford are looking for a Recruitment Resourcer to join our growing team of education recruitment professionals. The ideal candidate for this role will be a graduate looking for their first role in the business world. The role and day to day duties of a Recruitment Resourcer are as follows: Interviewing candidates, posting job adverts and creative marketing to attract candidates into the business, sending and chasing references, processing DBS applications, attending recruitment fairs, attending school visits to discuss recruitment requirements and much more. The office hours are 8am until 5pm however this may vary to suit the needs of the business from time to time. To be successful in this position, you will need to be motivated, a good communicator, be willing to learn, be target driven, honest, dedicated and above all, extremely well organised.
