Graduate Recruitment Resourcer A professional office job for a new graduate - based in Fareham, near Chichester Blueprint Recruitment Solutions is a vibrant and professional recruitment company which is one of the UK's top 250 recruitment agencies and a leading recruitment business in the Solent region. We are based on the Cams Hall Estate on the edge of Fareham, near to Chichester and Portsmouth. Our graduates work closely together in teams with our Recruitment Consultants to provide the best possible customer service to our clients and candidates. The role We are looking to recruit a new Graduate to train as a Recruitment Resourcer where the work focusses on using your personality to build relationships with candidates, predominantly through telephone work. You will be calling candidates to resource the right individuals for our clients' requirements and arranging interviews for professional business people. About you Ideally you will be a recent university graduate who is looking for a career position. You do not need a specific degree and no previous experience is required. You will need a confident personality and you will be looking for a job that provides you with the opportunity to influence your earnings though your own efforts. You will also be competitive, self-motivated and driven and you will have an excellent telephone manner.
