Graduate Recruitment Resourcer An exciting position for a new graduate - based in Fareham, near Portsmouth About Us Blueprint Recruitment Solutions is a medium sized professional recruitment consultancy based on the Cams Hall Estate at Fareham, near Portsmouth. We have achieved exceptional growth in 2019 and we are now looking to hire additional Graduates to join our team of Recruitment Resourcers. The position We are looking for Graduates who want a career position where they can be trained as a candidate Resourcer. The work centres upon finding and screening candidates for jobs through telephone work. You will be building relationships and telephone interviewing candidates, matching them to our clients' requirements and arranging for them to attend interviews. About you Ideally you will be a recent university graduate. You do not need a specific university degree but you should have a competitive personality and will be looking for a graduate job that provides you with the opportunity to earn commission and bonuses on top of your salary. You will also be determined, ambitious and proactive. You will have a strong ability to communicate with customers and you will have an excellent telephone manner. Full recruitment training is provided. The benefits You will be paid a good basic salary and will receive commission and bonuses related to targets and performance.
