We are looking for someone to come on board and initially focus on candidate relationships only. With the Senior Consultant of this market going on annual leave, we are looking for someone who has experience in sales or customer service, isn't afraid to pick up the phone and wants to be fast tracked through to 360 consultant. With 4 weeks of intense training, leading into an account management role before transitioning into full 360 Consultant. Due to the focus of this industry we are looking for someone who is consultative in their approach, a relationship builder and someone who will be comfortable dealing with Director level points of contacts in a new client base.
