Graduate Recruitment Consultants - Skilled Careers are looking for Graduate Recruitment Consultants to work within the construction sector. We offer a bespoke Graduate training and development programme with a fast-paced path to promotion. Skilled Careers are a fast paced and dynamic company based in the City of London. We have forged close partnerships with a select group of high profile construction companies including within architecture, structural engineering, project management, quantity surveying, and post-build management. We spend a significant amount of time and resources in growing the best team members possible firmly believing that cream rises to the top. Their headhunters work with mandates including: We are looking for four graduates to join our graduate scheme in our London office to become the future generation of headhunters. As a headhunter, your role will be to identify top talent in the construction industry in the white-collar area (office based roles). Suitable applicants will have * 2.1 Or above from any top 50 universities (graduate role) * A dynamic character that is able to communicate effectively. * Energetic and charismatic character. * Ability to research in a systematically and processed manner. * The ability to work in London (City of London) with small amounts of travel * A desire to become a headhunter and want to join this graduate scheme Successful graduates will receive the chance to work with some of the most prestigious companies. You will have autonomy and responsibility from day one so you must be confident and willing to work hard. Graduate schemes mean training will be important; this will be delivered by the owner of the business and their head of training and development As a graduate headhunter, your basic salary will be £22,000 and you will have the chance to earn commission.
