That's why everything we do here's geared up to making your transition into recruitment with Austin Fraser as smooth as possible. You'll be buddied up with your Team Mentor / Manager from the get go; these are the people who would have interviewed you, so you'll have familiar faces from day one. You'll start your recruitment training by shadowing and listening into different types of calls, so when you go into the theory part of your training (delivered by our on-site specialist team) you'll have context to the different types of calls our recruitment consultants make day to day. You and other new starters on the day will get the chance to make phone calls during your training to start to get a feel for the phones and begin relationship building with clients and candidates. As a new starter and beyond, you'll have monthly 1:1's with your Manager as well as weekly team catch ups and regular discussions with your Manager and Mentor to ensure you're doing okay and to answer all the questions you'll have.
