In partnership with our clients, we work tirelessly to identify and introduce high calibre graduates that go on to be successful in Graduate sales executive roles and graduate programmes. Our sales training courses are endorsed by the ISMM and used by our clients to give confidence, structure and knowledge to their graduates. Each delegate that successfully completed the training will receive a certificate in 'Professional Selling' by the ISMM. Role: Your role will be to work closely with graduates who are looking to find their first sales role. You will be expected to screen CVs, conduct competency based telephone and invite graduates to attend our Graduate Sales Assessment days. You will also be trained to observe and assess at our assessment days which involve a number of specifically designed sales simulation exercises. Finally, you will provide feedback to graduates and then work hard to support them through the client interview process. Responsibilities will include: - Conducting telephone interviews - Inviting and confirming graduates to assessment days - Be part of the graduate assessment team - Achievement of weekly targets and KPIs For this Graduate Managers position, we are looking for individuals who meet the following criteria: * Educated to degree level (minimum 2:2) * Excellent verbal and communication skills * Organized and logical approach * Excellent personal presentation * Able to work to weekly targets and KPIs
