Trainee Recruitment Consultant / Immediate Start / Year 1 OTE £25k-£30k Recruitment consultancy is a business to business sales career. Predominantly working in the education sector, SmithCorp focuses on for filling staffing needs for Schools, College, Training centres etc. We work in vertical markets meaning you have your own mini business within a business, you will be given a subject specific area to work in a geographical location You will be responsible for all aspects of your own desk working a full 360 recruitment role. Founded in 2004 for by 3 brothers, SmithCorp started out as 1 single recruitment brand, impressively since then we now have a further 4 brands across three sought after locations in Clifton (Bristol), Truro (Cornwall) and London (Paddington), our own in house training academy - tailor made for your professional development, have turned over £30milion+ and have had year on year growth. What we can offer you Basic Salary + Uncapped Individual Commission Realistically you will earn between £25-30k in your first 12 months with us – this will also include a £3k rise to your basic salary as you’re promoted from a trainee to a consultant. Within 18 months here, you should be on target to earn £40k+ and within four years, you will be earning in excess of £80k+. Many top consultants in the company earn a six figure salary however there is no limit on your earnings and we have a number of consultants who have earned over £40K in their first year at SmithCorp – what you put in here is what you will get out!
