Overview: Exciting opportunity for an aspiring IT Recruitment Consultant based in city centre of Belfast. Offering £18k base salary along with very lucrative bonus and uncapped commission scheme with OTE £30-50k+ within 2 years and fast progression opportunities. No recruitment or IT background needed as full will be training provided. Previous sales experience is extremely desirable. What you can expect: The role of a recruitment consultant is a highly sales and target driven and involves building relationships and negotiating with clients and candidates both over the phone and in person. You will have full ownership over your own market, clients and candidates as with us there is no micro-management. Instead we offer a culture where you’re trusted and given the autonomy and responsibility to make bold decisions and think innovatively. Your Responsibilities: * You will be assigned a niche IT Recruitment area which will be yours to develop. You will be responsible for building your network of candidates (IT professionals to place into positions) as well as your portfolio of clients (IT companies to work with) * Using a variety of attraction and sourcing methods, you will identify and approach potential candidates and will have ownership of the full 360 recruitment lifecycle * You will use your personality to build long lasting relationships with both clients and candidates * You will use business development techniques such as cold-calling to develop and grow your impressive portfolio of clients * By developing a specialist knowledge of your market, you will be the “go-to” expert in your business area Who we are looking for: All of our consultants come from a variety of backgrounds but what they have in common is their determination, grit and willingness to work hard. You do not need any IT or recruitment experience as we will teach you everything you need to know to be a success.
