You will be provided with full training, support and guidance along with the autonomy to undertake your role and establish a successful desk. Key Responsibilities Generating new business opportunities, both individually and for the team Successfully placing candidates into live job roles Managing and monitoring your activity on a weekly, monthly and annual basis Providing accurate weekly and monthly business forecasts Reporting to line manager on a daily, weekly, monthly and annual basis (where required) Managing and prioritising workloads Successfully building, managing and developing relationships with key client stakeholders Required Skills/ Experience Ambitious personality Entrepreneurial spirit Tenacious, resilient and competitive attitude Not afraid of hard work – understanding nothing great comes easily!
