SoCode are looking to expand our successful team based in Norwich and have up to 3 openings for talented entry-level candidates looking to get in to the busling world of Technology Recruitment. We're looking for 3 new consultants to take on established markets within our core market (Cambridge Technology) to work alongside and learn from some of the biggest billing and most successful recruiters in the UK. Recruitment can be a very rewarding industry - our average consultant earnings is £72,000pa and we do some fabulous international travel and rewards throughout the year. In 5 years we've become the largest and most profitable Technical Recruitment Company in the region, turning over in excess of £12m PA and growing by over 100% in 2020. We work alongside a prestigious BlueChip Global client based in the world of Technology and FinTech/Banking. What are we looking for in our Consultants? - Confidence (Not Arrogance) and Strong Communication Skills - anyone shy isn't going to suit this job. - Intelligence - You'll be speaking to and meeting some of the most intelligent people on the planet, you'll need to be able to match them. - Driven to Learn - It takes years to gain the skills to become a world class recruiter, but people that like to learn and improve always get there first. - Money Driven - We're driven by money. Our consultants are working towards weddings, houses and all sorts of things. - Hard Work Ethic - If you clock watch or have lots of responsibilities out of work, this probably isnt for you.
