At Interaction we supply temporary and permanent recruitment solutions within the following sectors: Commercial, Sales, I.T, Finance, Construction, Driving, Engineering, Industrial, and Catering... Trainee consultants will be expected to: * Develop business, with 1 on 1 guidance within your specific sector * Proactively source candidates through job board’s and referrals * Build a strong network of candidates and clients alike * Meet clients face to face in order to develop relationships * Become a specialist within your individual market Ideal candidates: * Must have a full UK driving license * Ambitious, dedicated and a great communicator * Ideally have previous experience in sales environment, although this is not always essential * Motivated, resilient and target driven * Have a steady work history that can demonstrate success * Be keen to learn, and possess a natural ability to think on your feet and under pressure!
