Job Description

Graduate Recruitment Consultants are required by Jambo – an educational focused Recruitment Business. You will join a team of experienced, successful and ambitious consultants who take control of their own business. You will be responsible for 360 recruitment - building your business, meeting clients, growing your candidate network, etc. Working at jambo International you will have the support and backing of senior consultants and your own direct team leader. In addition, you will receive training both on the shop floor and in the training room by our in-house full-time dedicated trainer. Training in the Academy will begin in your beginning days and continue throughout your career, from Basic Recruitment Training through to leadership and management courses. At Jambo International we adopt an organic route to career progression, from day one you are on a leadership/management training course. We do not bring Senior Consultants or team leaders in to manage current staff. We invest our time and resources into forging a path to take your career to management level.
