Having been established for over 10 years they have a phenominal infrastructure as well as the best training in industry. In the last 3 years they have spent over £300,000 making their office the best place to work, with xbox break out areas, pool tables, chill out zones and even a fully working bar which is free to use by all employees. So what is recruitment? Well it is a tough and challenging role that is one of the hardest sales jobs in the world. This is why recruiters very often earn in excess of £100k per year. To be a good recruiter you need to be organised, well spoken, tenacious, hard working and self motivated. Often many sports people end up going into this as a new challenge. Many people love this job as you are rewarded for the harder you work. This is not a 9 until 5 job though, and should be seen as a serious career choice. It can be stressful at times with long hours, however you get back what you put in and if you are working harder than others you will progress quicker than them. You can expect to earn at least £40,000 in your first year as a junior recruiter and then push on to bigger things every year after that.
