The Role: Recruitment is a business-to-business sales role which relies on your ability to build, nurture and development professional relationships with clients and candidates. Specialising in your own market and location, you will essentially be running your own “business within the business.” Your day to day schedule will involve: • Winning the business of new clients as well as managing existing accounts • Finding new candidates • Qualifying leads • Negotiating rates & closing deals! Progression here can be fast – we have a target-based promotion structure which enables you to move up through the ranks swiftly and easily. Realistically you should look to be promoted at least twice within your first 6 months, to senior consultant within 12-18months and management from 18months +. We’ve seen exceptional consultants hit management in as little as 14 months and Director level in just over 5 years, Training: Initially, training is conducted in the form of one-on-one mentoring from one of the companies top billers. This is predominantly “on-the-job” allowing you to earn commission from Day One. Hiring only at trainee level, training is a priority for us and will continue throughout your career enabling you to progress and develop in line with your ambition. Incentives, benefits & rewards: Recruitment is all about being working hard and being rewarded for it. Although target-driven, we are not a ‘mud and sticks,’ hire and fire company – our targets are designed to incentivise and reward performance. • Uncapped commission with no threshold Average earnings – YR1 £25-30K, YR 2 £35-40K, YR3 £55-60K, YR4 £80K+ however the harder you work, the more you earn. Exceptional consultants have earned up to £45k in their first 12 months and many top billers earn 6 figures. • 3 x annual 5* company holidays – skiing, a beach holiday & ...
