"Our success and growth has been dependant by the quality of our people, the training we provide and the loyalty we develop." - Gary Elden, CEO of SThree About the job Your job as a Recruitment Consultant are to use sales, marketing techniques, networking and business development techniques to attract business from companies. You must develop a good understanding of companies and their business is key, in order to build better stronger relationships with companies. As well as this, you'll be attracting candidates by using a wide range of media and drafting advertising copy for use on social media /networks, attending events, recruiting and through referrals. Once you have found suitable candidates, you will screen and interview candidates, conducting background checks, and matching candidates to jobs. Naturally, with the role, it is a consultative job and you will need to advise both clients and candidates on salary levels, training requirements and on job opportunities. What skills are needed for the job? * You'll need to be a 2015/2016 graduate with previous experience in a corporate working environment. If you do not have a degree, however interested in this role, you will need to have previous career stability. * Experience of working in a phone based role (call centre / sales) would be advantageous. * Goal orientated, passionate about great service and enjoy getting rewarded for the work you do. Salary and benefits We pay a very competitive base salary as a Trainee Recruitment Consultant which has uncapped commission with no thresholds to work to. Everything you generate, you get paid for. Your basic rises with each promotion but will start from £18,000 and you will be set a target from day 1 to work towards.
