Graduate Trainee Recruitment Consultants Graduate Recruitment roles starting from June, based in Fareham, near Southampton and Portsmouth We are looking for students who are graduating in 2018 who would be interested to work as Trainee Recruitment Consultants. A degree in any subject will be considered and you should have a positive and enthusiastic outlook, a strong work ethic and an excellent telephone manner. The positions will be based at our new offices on the Cams Hall Estate business park in Fareham near to Southampton and Portsmouth. The work involves relationship building and business development, customer service, recruiting candidates to match job vacancies and arranging interviews with clients. No previous experience is necessary but you will need to be ambitious, motivated and sales-focused to succeed, with the confidence to use the telephone as your main business tool.
