We’re now recruiting for an Internal Recruiter to join our Recruitment team based at our head office in Chertsey, Surrey. As part of the Group function, you will be working within the HR team, working closely with all Crest Nicholson regional divisions. Our key objectives as a team are to deliver an effective and consultative recruitment life cycle across multiple disciplines and internal stakeholders, as well as playing an instrumental role in driving candidate attraction through a range of recruitment campaigns, ensuring the very best candidate experience possible. Having implemented the Internal Recruitment function within the last 2 years, we’re looking for someone to join us on our journey as we continue to refine our processes whilst adapting to the fast pace of a Construction business. Working to a direct hiring model, you will be focused on maintaining a healthy pipeline of direct candidates and ensuring our resourcing tools are maximised to their best ability. Create You will also lead attraction campaigns for current vacancies and wider employer branding and engagement across several channels, measuring metrics and performance of our digital platforms. Each Crest region has its own unique identity as part of the Crest Nicholson Operations, which means you’ll be building positive working relationships with a mixture of personalities across the business, where your love for working with a diverse range of people will really thrive. Working in a fast-paced environment, you’ll be resilient and adaptable to change and fluctuating workloads during particularly busy periods, being as prepared and proactive as possible. Supporting our L&D and Apprenticeship team, you will be one of the key contacts for our Emerging Talent programmes, from application through to careers fairs and assessment days. What are we looking for in the successful candidate? * An enthusiastic, engaging and diligent individual with a passion for delivering a friendly, customer-focused service mirrored to both the business and candidates alike. * Recruitment experience, either from a consultancy or internal background, with proven experience in managing a mixture of volume and challenging vacancies. * You will thrive in a fast-paced environment and be adaptable to change, with busier and quieter periods throughout the year * Problem solving skills with the ability to think outside the box, finding new and innovative ways of sourcing talent to also develop yourself * Able to adapt and change direction to accommodate business needs * A strong character with the ability to influence higher level decision making processes * Excellent communication skills and a distinctive ability build strong working relationships * ExperSolid IT skills including use of packages Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, Powerpoint with experience in managing an ATS system (e.g. Workday, Broadbean, Taleo) Travel is required on a monthly basis and a full, clean driving license is required. Desirable * Experience with digital marketing analytics to support campaigns (SEO, PPC, (url removed), LinkedIn, etc) * Experience with creative campaigns We feel it’s important to offer a long-term benefits package, as well as a competitive salary.
