Internal Recruitment Coordinator
We have an exciting and rare opportunity for an Internal Recruitment Coordinator to join our Recruitment team within the HR department. The successful applicant will be responsible for delivering the full spectrum of Recruitment activities from concept to completion including scoping requirements, sourcing and short-listing suitable candidates, interviewing, pre-employment checks and on-boarding. ü Responsible for the successful delivery of your own portfolio of vacancies, including Site Based, Office and Apprenticeships positions.
üWorking within SLAs and project time-frames, you will be responsible for the full 360 recruitment process from initial scope to pre-employment on-boarding.
üAdvertise vacancies utilising different mediums including Job Boards, Social Media, In-house Database and review alternative talent attraction methods.
üActively recruit/source passive candidates for active positions using job boards, Linked In and networking events, talent banking for future openings within all subsidiaries.
üReview and short list applications liaising with candidates to determine suitability, requirements, availability and coordinate interviews.
üProviding a high-level candidate and client journey from beginning to end, ensuring all correspondence is raised and communicated through the entire process to all parties involved.
üEstablishing and maintaining effective relationships with key stakeholders delivering and maintaining a high level of customer service.
üOngoing upkeep of Recruitment Database, ensuring GDPR regulations are adhered to.
üDay to day Management of the agency partnership agreement, developing relationships, monitoring performance and producing KPIs.
üResponsible for collating information and producing Key Performance Indicators and contributing to the monthly board reports.
üKPIs preparation, reporting, updating of company intranet and updating/monitoring on-line portals.
Experience and attributes
üProven experience in a similar Recruitment position, ideally in house within a fast moving, complex and changing environment.
üProven understanding of Recruitment processes, best practice and procedures.
üExcellent communication skills with the ability to influence at all levels and manage expectations.
üExperience within the Construction or Technical industries would be an advantage.
üAdaptable to change, with proven experience of continuous improvement.
üHigh level of numeracy and literacy, with strong attention to detail.
üPossesses skills of drive, conviction and confidence.
üWell rounded general qualifications at GCSE & A level.
üRecruitment or CIPD Qualification would be an advantage but is not essential.
üExcellent database and general IT skills.
