Keele is seeking to make the key appointment to the post of Head of Agent Relations and Chinese Recruitment. This post will take the strategic and operational lead in the commercial development of the University’s student recruitment operations in China, as well as leading on procedural and systems issues for international student recruitment through agents. The role will play a key part in the implementation of the University’s student recruitment strategy and will be responsible for achieving a substantial increase in agent-led recruitment with a focus on 2021 registration. We are seeking an individual with demonstrable formative experience of international student recruitment and working with agents. Experience and understanding of the Chinese market for student recruitment would be extremely advantageous, although not essential (particularly if candidates have wider experience in education and/or industry in China).
